Light The Way Electrical is a locally owned and operated electrician in Tucson, Arizona. We’re licensed, bonded and insured under Arizona ROC #359885. We handle residential and commercial electrical work, solar design and repair, off-grid systems, EV chargers and mini-splits.

Do you work on older Tucson homes, like adobe or straw bale?
Yes. Aaron was born and raised in Tucson and has particular familiarity with the more electrically challenging older structures found in and around the city, such as adobe and straw bale, along with the best practices that come with the desert’s unique building needs.
Do you work on off-grid solar, well pumps and battery backup?
Yes, it’s a specialty. Off-grid living is a particular interest of Aaron’s, and we’re especially skilled with off-grid solar systems, wells, pumps and battery backup, including systems that run on alternative fuel.
How long will the job take, and will the power be off?
Simple jobs like a fixture, outlet, or dimmer can take an hour or two. A new circuit or charger may take a few hours to half a day. A panel upgrade often takes most of a day and needs power off for several hours, sometimes with utility coordination. A good electrician will tell you the expected outage in advance so you can plan around refrigerators, medical equipment, and work-from-home needs.
